HISTORY The Thrift Shop provides second-hand merchandise sales
and a distribution outlet to assist those in need of emergency clothing and
household items since July 1983 as a result of needy families and individuals
seeking clothing assistance. It is located in Rte. 4 Tanaka Building Suite 102 in

The Thrift Shop provides clothing,
household furniture (when available) and other household essentials at
nominal prices. Fire victims and
those who are in emergency need are given clothing without cost. Items are donated from community members,
families, businesses and others who wish to assist those in need. The Family Support (Airmen’ AHIC) from
Andersen Air Force Base is a regular donor to the thrift shop. Monthly tent sale is held to have the
goods more available to the public.
