Elderly Apartments

HISTORY

Catholic Social Service saw the need for a place for frail elderly individuals to call home.  Not being able to pay for the whole project, CSS approached Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority to be a partner in the project.

GHURA identified the funds which led to the construction of the project in 1999.
