KARIDAT is an acronym for Citizens Achieving Responsibility and Independence Despite Any Disability.  KARIDAT Supportive Services Program (CSSP) is a supportive housing program for homeless persons with disabilities.  Three apartment units at the LIHENG apartments have been designated as permanent supportive housing units.  Consumers must  be assessed to be homeless persons with disabilities.  They are charged 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income for rent.

A social worker oversees the program.  He provides outreach, case management, and other supportive services which would enable the consumers to be more self-reliant and participative members of thier community.
