CARIDAD I

HISTORY

CARIDAD I was opened on November 1, 1998 as a result of a need for a placement for a developmentally disabled adolescent whose parents had passed away and had been staying at a shelter for months before his attorney obtained a court order to place him at a less restrictive home environment.  DISID contracted out the service to CSS since then.
